Andrew Dowler

Andrew joined RLM Finsbury in 2010 as a Partner specialising in M&A, restructuring projects and private equity deals. Prior to working at RLM Finsbury, Andrew was a Managing Director at Financial Dynamics, where he spent time in both their financial and consumer practices.  He has worked on high profile transactions, such as Terra Firma’s acquisition of EMI and ABN Amro’s sale to Royal Bank of Scotland. He also advised British Energy around its restructuring on all aspects of the company’s communications including relations with shareholders, bondholders, analysts, the media and the UK Government and subsequently on the company’s sale to EDF.
