Dorothy Burwell

Associate Partner

Dorothy joined RLM Finsbury in 2008 and leads the Natural Resources team out of London.  She has worked on several M&A and IPO transactions including the IPO of Glencore, Centrica’s acquisition of Venture Production and the Cadbury defense against Kraft.  Prior to joining the company, she spent 6 years at Goldman Sachs working in the Investment Banking Division in both London and New York as well as the Firmwide Strategy Group where she focused on proprietary M&A transactions, new business development and Board communications.  Dorothy holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in business from Florida A&M University and speaks Spanish.
