Faeth joined Finsbury soon after its formation.  In her fifteen years in financial communications and investor relations she has had particularly strong experience in mergers and acquisition communications and has led a number of contested transactions, capital raisings and other high profile communications issues for RLM Finsbury including advising Rio Tinto on its $15bn rights issue and the mooted joint venture with BHP Billiton.  Current clients include Burberry, RBS, RBS Insurance, Rio Tinto and Thomas Cook.  Faeth is an honours graduate from St Andrews University.
